How can I import address book from Incredimail to Outlook. .

Downloaded the Incredimail For Office program but am unable to get Outlook to
import the Incredimail Address Book. Cannot get Incredimail to export to
Outlook as don't have a file to export to. Please advise how I can
accomplish the task.
