How can I import contacts from ACT! 6.0 to outlook 2002?

I get an error message when I try to import contacts from ACT! 6.0 to my
Outlook 2002. Is there a way to do this without having to enter all of the
contacts manually into Outlook. I do not want to use Act anymore.
