How can I import data from an excel file into MS Project?

I have made extensive changes in our MPM Earned Value Database and can export
these to an excel csv file. Is there a way to import the changes into
project using the excel csv file.
I am changing baseline start/finish/work, start/finish/remaining work

File Open. Change the files of format to Excel.
