How can I import the symbols table from Word to OneNote 2003?

I'd like to use the symbols from Microsoft Word within Microsoft OneNote
2003. The pickings there are not as expansive as in Word.

Any ideas how to import that table for use in OneNote?

Have you tried copy and paste? Insert the symbol in word and then copy
it and paste it in OneNote. If you have an odd symbol to copy then this
method might work but if you have lots then tough luck!
Thanks for your response.
Just to let you know, I was able to solve my problem by changing the fonts
in the symbols box of OneNote. The standard Verdana font did not have what I
was looking for but many of the other font choices did. (Specifically, I was
trying to find an arrow!)
Thanks again,
Nirmala
