How can I insert a graphic in my (Outlook) email signature?

I use Outlook. I'm trying to place a graphic advertising a charity event
under my signature. The picture is not showing on emails received by my
contacts.

Graphics will work only if the recipient accepts emails in HTML format,
which sane recipients, and most organisations, do not. Nothing you can do
about it at your end.
