How can I insert a portrait slide in a landscape power point show?

I have a form that I want to insert into a power point presentation. The
other slides are typical landscape format, but this needs to be portrait.
How can I change orientation of this slide only.

You can make use of multiple masters, or have the portrait slide at a
different file, then link them together.
