how can I insert music that begin playing when the mail is open?

Hello,
The music you use must be a wav type file. Only wave files are embedded in
your presentation and travel with it when you e-mail it. Be aware that you
must increase the size of embedded wave files in Tools - options - general
tab - set the value next to 'Link sounds with file size greater than' to
50000 kb.
