How can I install Office Updates without the cds?

How can I install Office Updates (from online) without the installation cds?
My brother installed Office on my computer and I can't get the cds from him
right now. Is there an "easy way" to do it? I don't know how to do the
"long" installations; I don't know WHERE the files are supposed to go (when
I'm prompted).
