How can I justify text in Windows Office?

I'm trying to find a way in which to justify text in the body of an article.
There is no justify button on my toolbar. I've also gone to formatting on
the toolbar and find nothing there. Can someone help me with this please?

You did not say which version of Office an which application your using.

Likely the reason you do not have a justify button is lack of room on the
toolbar.

In Word 2003 there is a small icon at the extreme right end of the toolbar.
Click on the icon and a window will open with additional buttons. Prior
versions of Word are similar.

Don, A thousand thank you's. That icon was so far over I didn't know it was there plus I didn't know there was an icon with additional buttons. Anyway, I can now justify. Thanks again, Pen
