How can I keep outlook categories synched with Lotus?

I'm using the outlook-domino connector add-in to access my corporate Lotus
email account (for obvious reasons :) and everytime they synchronize, I lose
my category information on my outlook tasks. I've tried creating the same
categories in Lotus... that didn't seem to help. Is there anything that I
can do?
