How can I let Access generate reminders in Outlook?

Hi,

I've read that it is possible to let access generate reminders (in the
agenda) in Outlook.
Is there a shortway sollution for this? Or is it to be done only with
VBA-code...?

If somebody knows a few hints to get started, --> please :)
