how can I link expiry dates in access with outlook tasks or remin.

I Access 2000, I would like certain dates to prompt a reminder to take action
e.g. if somone's ID expires, to get a renewal.

That's called a tickler, and Outlook has them built-in. For an Access
tickler, have a look at my sample database:

Thanks Arvin but it looks a bit beyond my rather limited capabilities,
particularly with the module or does that come up automatically? Anyway, I'll

Try importing everything into your database and changing the names to suit
your fields.
