How can I mail merge different people at the same address into on.

I would like to mail people over a large area. I have data of all persons. I
would like to send only one letter to each house containing the names of all
who live there. Example:

Joe Blogs
Joanna Bloggs
1 Any Home
Anytown

Dear Joe and Joanna

Is this possible?

Yes it's possable, but only with some (probably) expensive specialist
software.
Run a Google on "Data Mining".
