How can I make a chart in Microsoft word 2003 with this values: 1.0314;
1.0307; 1.0309; 1.0311; 1.030

Do you want a bar chart? a line graph/chart? a pie chart?

Once you know exactly what you want...

then from the menu select: Insert -- Picture --> Chart OR Insert -->
Object --> Microsoft Chart.

Look in Insert, Picture, Chart.
Looks similar to Excel options.
