How can I make a landscape oriented Catalog.

I’m trying to create a landscape oriented catalog using standard letter size
paper in Publisher 2007. I have no trouble creating a multi-page catalog so
that the finished folded and stapled product is 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 portrait, but
I’d like to be able to create the same layout but with a finished landscape
orientation. I can do this by rotating everything on the portrait oriented
pages 90 degrees, but that’s a pain. Is there a way I can do this?

A default booklet is created on landscape letter stock. If you want your booklet
(catalog) 4.5 x 11 then this is the measurements you would use.
