How can i make a Numbered Columned answer sheet for 150 questions

im trying to make an answer sheet, numbered in columns from 1-150. on a
single page.

if you're working in MS Access, you need to give some detail about your
setup before anyone can even guess what you're trying to accomplish. if
you're working in another software program, like Excel or Word, you need to
