When resources send an update to me on a completed task,
Project automatically enters the end of the week (e.g.,
Saturday August 23) as the actual finish, rather than the
date the update was submitted (Thurs, August 21). If a
resource sends an update on the 21st, saying a task has 0
hours remaining, I want Project to identify the 21st as
the completed date, not the planned finish date (or end of
the reporting period date).
