I often use Power Point to compose documents to be printed on Wide Format
Printers.
All you need to do is select a large size document option or create a custom
size document. I use 18 x 26 inch for the HP DesignJet 500
Printers.

If you need just to make it a large file you can
make screenshots of the slides and paste them back to the PPT file.
It will make it larger...
