How can I make the sheet tabs bigger and wrap the name on 2 lines

A long name on the tab means it will only show 2 or 3. I would like to wrap
the name and make the sheet tabs taller

alternative..
right click the sheet navigator in the lower left of the sheets.
you will get a popup listing all your sheets.
click on one to go to it.
