how can I make the time on my email be the correct time?

I just sent an email at 6:30 AM but on the email, it has it an hour earlier
-- 5:30 AM.

How do I correct this?

Reset the time on your computer. Double-Click on the clock or go to the
Control Panel.

Check that your time zone is correct. Look at the Date and Time icon on the
Control Panel.

and also check the "Automatically adjust for Daylight Saving" option as
well. I used to have this problem until I selected the above option in my
Regional Settings.
