how can I merge my incredimail account with my micro outlook?

I opened an Incredimail e-mail account and now most of my e-mails are going
to that account. I would prefer to use my Outlook account. How do I merge
the two or omit the incredimail account?

Is the Incredimail program downloading your regular email or did it create a
