Dear all,

Thanks but it doesn't work as it looks that the templates are "locked" (ie:
template > contract > consulting agreement):
-I download the document
-cannot make any change on the questions/text
-saving it, I am back to the same locked templates

Do I need to buy them or how do people can make all the changes they want?

Thanks!

it says macro disabled, enable macro...but I need an easy solution: dowload

Thanks

Well, when I do it, It ask for a password...
I am printing it on a pdf format, then select all, they copy and re-do the
complete look & feel document as I am in a rush and you are the only one who
is helping me.

I still do not get why it is not easy to download and change it.

Thank again very much!

I'm sorry, I didn't try actually unprotecting the document previously. Like
macros, password protected templates are also rare on Office Online. Here's
what you need to do:

- Save the downloaded template and close it.
- Create a new document
- Click Insert/File
- Navigate to file you previously saved and insert the contents in your
blank document

The new document should not be protected for forms or with a password and
you should be able to make your modifications.

I have a related quesstion. I am using another person's interactive template
(.dot), designed for the project we all are working on. I have a mac, and
microsoft word 2004. The template is locked. When you unlock it to add text
or impporta a file to add , (which would be a common manuever in this
project), you can not check (puts's) in the checkboxes and when you relock
it, you lose information that has been inputted. How do I work with this?

Thank you!
