How can I move huge msgs from OE to outlook

If "Outlook Express" mail folders are too large (eg. over 3G bytes), how
can I move to "Outllook 2000"? As the user likes to use outlook express,
I need to help backup for huge old mails. I think outlook is good for store
/ backup old emails. Please help me to solve this.

For help with OE or post to an OE ng, I assume OE has some form of archive
option.
OL2K has in any case a 2gb pst file limit, though problems can occur when
larger than 1.6gb
