How can I navigate using the mouse wheel in MS Access

I used to use the mouse wheel to navigate between records in a form view in
the previous version of MS Access 2003, But now in MS Access 2007 I cannot do
that anymore, any clue?

Due to popular demand, the previous behaviour was changed in Access 2007
(you have no idea how many people used to post asking how to stop
scrolling!).
