I am assuming you are referring to Designer 7 made by Adobe. I am not
familiar with the different file formats for this application. If the file is
saved in the PDF format simply open the file copy the object then paste it
onto a Visio drawing page. However this does not mean you will have the same
functionality as in Designer 7.
