How can I open a pulisher file with something else?

I have something that I made at home on publisher - I have it on my flash
drive - but my laptop doesn't have publisher on it. How can I open the file?

FRUSTRATED TO THE BITTER END!!!

Have you tried to open the file using html? right click on it, and left click
on open with, it will bring up a menu of choices to choose what program to
open it with, select Internet Explorer. It should open it. If it doesn't,
you just might have to install publisher on your laptop.
