How can I permanetly delete usupported hyperlinks in worksheet

I am unable to permantely delete hyperlinks from my spreadsheet. The formulas
are very complex and I don't want to start a new worksheet. There are exactly
nine hyperlinks that I cannot get rid of; in fact they seem to grow! When I
page up or down they reappear, and not in any particular order.
