How can I plot multiple data sets in a stacked bar chart?

I need a chart with stacked columns of multiple data sets, measured over
time. The standard stacked-column chart puts all the data from a single time
in one column, but I need to see the different sets plotted in separate
columns.

If you stagger your data, you can create side-by-side stacked columns.
