how can i pre-set the (future) date of the e-mail to be sent?

i am using the Outlook.
i want to set a recurring e-mail message to be sent at specific dates in the
coming months.
how can i set this to be done?

it'll be easier to use an addin to send it.
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.asp - both Mapilab and Sperry software
have utilities that will do it.
