How can i pre-set the personal folder path for storing my email?

J

Joe

I want to create a setting(Outlook 2000) which is used to preset the personal
folder. When all the new staff login to the windowXP and open the
Outlook2000, it will automatically save the new coming email to the preseted
personal folder. Do anyone can solve my problem? Thanks very much.

Workstation: WindowXP, MS Office 2000

Server:Window2000 Server
Email Server: Exchange Server

Thank you for your post!!
Because I want to separate the system and storage part. The .pst file will
be backup to another file server. It will be easy to upgrade and manage the
system server.
