how can i prevent other programs from accessing my address book?

Every time I reply, forward, or compose a message, I get a box that says
another program is trying to access email address I have stored in Outlook,
and it gives me the option of allowing it for set minutes of time, or not
allowing it. I have uninstalled every program I can think of that would do
this, run virus scans, cleaned the drive, and nothing seems to help. I've
even done a Repair for both Microsoft Office, and for Windows. HELP!!!

Do you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat installed? If yes, you will
need to disable the Outlook addin called PDFMaker. You can find steps here:
