How can I print email without header

I am trying to print out of Outlook, in Memo style, without the header with
my name on it. Is there a way to do this?

Copy and Paste to a text editor is the quickest way. If it is HTML, you can
select and print just what you want.

I am also printing out of Outlook in Memo Style. Sometimes the header with
my name is missing. Do you know how I can get it back??
