How can I print the column headers in a freeze pane on all pages .

use 'File - Pagesetup - Sheet' and define the repeating rows

From the main menu, select File>Page Setup> click on the Sheet tab and
enter the rows you want repeated in the "Rows to Repeat at Top" box.
Click OK or Print Preview to verify you have the correct rows
selected.
