Typing in Proper Case is a lot of extra work for absolutely no benefit
in readability.

And you're posting to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for
questions about the database software Microsoft Access(TM), not for
general computer questions.

Depending on your version of Windows, you should be able to create a
User with a logon password, and protect files created by that user -
or whole directories. Please check in the list on the left of the
screen; scroll down to the subject area for the version of Windows
that you are using; and see if there is a Security sub-group. Post
your question there.
