How can I put a project into server?

Alex

Hello,
I install a project server 2003 in first computer and a project
professional 2003 in second computer. I can access server from second
computer with Windows Authentication and Project Server authentication. I
have set the section in "Tools/enterprise options/Project server Accounts"
and test is successful. I also have set the
"collaborations/options/collaborate" about the server and test is successful.
But when I creat a new project (*.mpp) and try to publish it to server, I
was noted that:
You are trying to publish a non-enterprise project to Project Server. The
security settings on the server do not allow you to publish non-enterprise
projects.

I do not know how to deal with this problem. Could you give some suggestions?

Thank you.

Alex,

It looks like you are not logged on to the Project Server. After setting the
PS account did you set the default account to the Server account? After
closing Professional and starting up again you should see a small window
that your logging on to the server. Best to check if you are connected is to
use the open. If you see your local folders... If connected you would see
"Open from Microsoft Project Server" and in your case (if you didn't install
the sample data) an empty list.

Regards,

Arno
