How can I reaccess the ribbon if I disabled it in Access 2007

I wanted to restrict all access to the tables, queries, forms, reports and
macros so I disabled the ribbon and navigation pane in the Access Options
window under the Current Database tab. Now, however, I cannot change
anything, and I do not have a backup.

Is there any way to revert these changes?

Try holding down the SHIFT key while you are opening your database.
That will usually bypass the settings in Access Options.
