How can I read a .pub file?

How can I read a Publisher(.pub) file from within Office Standard Edition
2003 running under XP? Is there a "Reader" I can download to use?

You must read this and then eat it.. there must be no evidence remaining..
OK.. here goes..

There is no reader for Publisher.. you either buy Publisher or get the
document saved in pdf format maybe..

I don't see you eating.. :)
