how can I receive forms via fax

I would like to receive a fax (instead of an e-mail) when my users fill out
and submit the form from their computer. How can I do that?

Ask the person filling out the form to fax it to you.
However, be prepared for lots of spam faxes if you post your fax number on
the web!

Check with your web host to see if they offer a email to fax service, as you will need that or a 3rd
party service.
