How can i record a mail with mail information and time i worked

Hi

I need to record mail information like

Time recieved
Time action started
Time action finished
sender name
category of that mail

And i need it to export it to excel to report MIS.I am looking for your help

Clearly Outlook cannot know what you mean by "action" or when you started
and stopped whatever that action may be. Open your Excel spreadsheet and
type in that data.
And i need it to export it to excel to report MIS.I am looking for
your help

The other items you name can be exported with File>Import and Export>Export
to a file.
