You wouldn't recover them from Excel but rather the operating system.
There are various utilizes you can use for recovering deleted files,
you should be able to find several using a Google search, but the
success rate depends on how long ago they were deleted, how much
you've used your computer since then, and whether you've ran any disk
utilities.
