How can I recover recent keystrokes within Word?

The document I was working on disappeared without warning, and was not saved
in its most recent form. Word is still active, but the document is gone.
Can I recover the keystrokes?

No, Word doesn't store keystrokes. It stores only what's in saved
documents.
