How can I refresh before "save event" in a shared workbook

I want to read the shared workbook before saving
information to refresh the worksheet. The minimun time to
refresh automatically is by default 5 minutes but would
be a good solution refresh before "save event" with the
cancel save option enable to abort the save procedure in
case of the data read has been changed.
