How can I refresh Excel data in power point?

During a show, or in the editing process?
How was the data imported into PowerPoint? As a link, or as an image?
What version of PowerPoint are you using?

I guess that you mean to refresh the data in your powerpoint as it
changes in the original excel file. If so, when you insert the excel,
you should select "insert"-"object", then insert the excel file as a
link. In this way, the changes of the data in the excel will be
reflected in your PowerPoint.

Small point of correction - you don't need to insert as an object to have
the link option. Just use paste special :)
