How can I register an outgoing email

Can I register an email which I send from / through Outllook 2003 so I can be
notified when the recipient of the email reads it, if so, how do I set that
up please?

reading.

You do realize that it only works if the recipient has their computer set to
send a read receipt, don't you? Mine is turned off - I don't think it's
anyone's business whether or not I read an e-mail.
