How can I remove and save a song that's in a slide show?

I have a slide show that has a song written and recorded by a friend. I'd
like to save the song from the slide show as an .mp3 or something like that.
Is that possible?

If you save your show as an html file you should find the embedded sounds in
a folder that ppt makes for you.
