How can I remove Copilot from my Android phone?

I never intended for Copilot to take over my screen and force me to log in to Microsoft Copilot AI just to use my phone. I primarily use Excel on my phone, and Microsoft 365 installed itself without my consent, almost like a virus. Now, I have to constantly struggle to regain control of my phone whenever I receive a spreadsheet. Copilot doesn't appear as an app that can be disabled; it lacks control panels or switches. It behaves like a malicious, unwanted program, essentially malware.
