How can I remove or delete one of the pages on my website?

I need to remove one of the pages in my website (which is hosted by Mxhub).
Note that I no longer have the file used to publish the page (I deleted it
and emptied my Recycle Bin). Am using FrontPage.

Either republish (changed pages) and you should get a prompt to delete the unused page or open your live site in FP and delete it
