how can I reply to multiple emails with one email?

I have an online service and have multiple emails that come in each day
asking the same questions.

I would like to be able to hold down the control key and select these random
emails and then click reply and enter the reply message and then click send
and all of the selected emails would receive the same reply message.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
