How can I resize a large gantt chart in Visio?

Hello,
I've developed a Gantt Chart in Visio, but I can't get it smaller to fit
within the background of Visio. Right now it is extended. How can I keep all
the information I need, and resize the chart so everyone can view it?

I would suggest you to open this Gantt chart in visio, then click
File / Page Set up, go to the "Page Size" tab, and select "Size to fit
drawing contents"
Like this you won't have to resize your Gantt chart.
