how can I resize a visio drawing but keep the dimensions?

I have converted a DXF drawing into Visio using Visio's feature to do so. the
drawing is smaller than actual size but dimensions are correct. Now I want to
enlarge the drawing to fit in a 11X17 size paper but want to keep the
dimensions as is.
